My name is Alison Love and I provide mediation services, mediation training, leadership skills training and coaching & mentoring to all types of organisations across South Wales, Cardiff and beyond.
I bring 30 years unique experience of HR, legal and business in various sectors in Wales and across the UK together to resolve disputes and enhance employee's skills.
Workplace and Employment Mediation offers an empowering approach which avoids formal and legal processes and resolves the issues quickly and cost effectively in 90% of cases: a real win-win for both the employer and the employees.

This case involved a personality clash between two senior employees who were working under a partnership arrangement.
